The closing continues DCG’s pace-setting year in securing legacies. The two New York State dealerships will continue to be known as Carbone Chevrolet of Yorkville and Carbone Buick GMC of Utica.
Brickl Companies, led by Chairman and CEO Jason Brickl, features a varied portfolio including LeadCar, a just-launched group of franchised, new-car dealerships representing the Audi and Toyota Brands in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Missouri. Its acquisition of the Lithia dealerships marks the Brickl Companies’ expansion into New York.
