Anthony Holbrook
Process Focus, End to End
Anthony joins the DCG Acquisitions team with nearly 20 years of OEM automotive experience representing the Audi brand in high-profile corporate- and field-based roles. His career advancement within the premium group at Audi includes Regional Market Rep manager for the Western US, National Franchise Manager, and Area Director for the brand’s Pacific Southwest market area, building trusting relationships with dozens of Dealer Principals across a four-state territory. His Franchising experience includes facilitating nearly 100 buy/sells over a five-year period. During this time, he developed an acute process-oriented approach to assessing the merits of transactions, ranging from single-point Asset Purchase Agreements to the transfer of large-scale metro-level platforms from one operator to another. Anthony’s decade of dealer-facing roles gives him extensive knowledge of retail operations, while his years of financial consulting roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers give him the unique ability to thoughtfully assess both the financial and qualitative merits of a prospective transaction in equal measure.

From his teenage years as a porter at a Chevrolet dealership to his most recent role directing all facets of Audi’s pre-owned operations in the US, Anthony has been connected to the automotive business his whole life. The strength of trust he builds with Dealer Principals, together with a visionary’s ability to define and increase value-add opportunities within automotive retail operations, makes him a tremendous asset to the DCG Acquisitions team. Anthony resides in Southern California.
