Stephen Jones

Stephen Jones is an experienced business development and M&A professional. Stephen has extensive experience in private equity, family office, corporate development, and public accounting.

Prior to joining Dave Cantin Group, Stephen led business development for a Shore Capital portfolio company focused on acquiring multi-site healthcare businesses. Before Shore Capital, he led business development for Audientis, a multi-family office providing interrelated business services including M&A, raising capital, estate planning, and real estate development.

In addition to his private equity and family office experience, Stephen has executed more than 100 automotive retail buy/sell transactions. Stephen’s automotive experience began at Sonic Automotive in 2014 where he was a member of their Corporate Development team. Stephen’s automotive experience also includes executing buy/sell transactions for private equity owned businesses and strategic corporate dealership groups.

Stephen began his career in public accounting at Grant Thornton where he specialized in Transaction Advisory Services and financial statement audits.
